GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Dual, common cathode, ultra-fast, epitaxial rectifier diodes intended for use as output rectifiers in high frequency switched mode power supplies. The BYV34 series is supplied in the conventional leaded SOT78 (TO220AB) package.
