UP TO 20V STROBED INPUT LATCH INHIBIT CONTROL INPUT LEAKAGE CURRENT II = 100nA (MAX) AT VDD = 18V TA = 25C 100% TESTED FOR QUIESCENT CURRENT MEETS ALL REQUIREMENTS OF JEDEC JESD13B "STANDARD SPECIFICATIONS FOR DESCRIPTION OF B SERIES CMOS DEVICES" SOP ORDER CODES PACKAGE SOP TUBE HCF4514BM1 T&R HCF4514M013TR DESCRIPTION HCF4514B is a monolithic integrated circuit fabricated in Metal Oxide Semiconductor technology available in SOP package. HCF4514B consists of a 4-bit strobed latch and a 4 to 16 line decoder. The latches hold the last input data presented prior to the strobe transition from 1 to 0. Inhibit control allows all outputs to be placed at 0 regardless of the state of the data or strobe inputs. The decode truth table indicates all combinations of data inputs and appropriate selected outputs.
