Description
The FSA1259/FSA1259A is a high-performance, dual, Single-Pole / Single-Throw (SPST) analog switch. The device features ultra-low RON of 1 at 4.5V VCC and operates over the wide VCC range of 1.65V to 5.50V. The FS1259A allows for reduced input thresholds on the select pins. The device is fabricated with sub-micron CMOS technology to achieve fast switching speeds and is designed for break-before-make operation.
